12012 vocalist Miyawaki Wataru was arrested on charges of assaulting a young woman. After a bout of drinking with several friends said woman states she was later strangled by Miyawaki, with wounds taking over a week to heal. Currently Miyawaki is in the process of reconciling with the injured woman, reaching a settlement out of court, and being acquitted of the charges.

ok so this is like the thousandth article I found about his incident. Personally, I believe that we all make mistakes. I mean yes its bad he did that but I mean it happened in september and the charges were dropped. I guess Im getting tired of so many people slamming him because of this. I mean we all do things we regret and that is something that he couldnt even face her with. I mean he couldnt even talk to her because he felt so bad…so all I say is I hope Miyawaki is ok and hope he stays strong.
